I am a frequent user of your restaurant at Coimbatore.  The A2B restaurant lot of improvement in all fields.  First the Managers of the Restaurant requires guidelines of service to customers.  There is hardly any respect to the customers from them.  Today I had ordered Lunch Parcel and it took nearly 1Hr to get after reminder after reminder, the manager bluntly shouts at me as "Enna Sir Sound woodrenga !" What a wonderful way of treating a customer !!  Even the utensils and tumblers contains dirt of others mouth, the manager comes and changes with a laugh as if nothing has happened !!!  Even with a little rush, you should see the confusions at the restaurant.

I request on behalf of the users of A2B, please do the rectification immediately, now itself the words are going rounds about the the cleaniness of the restaurant.
